Red Roof Inn & Suites Vineland - Buena

Wow, I was very surprised how clean and quiet this location was. No bad smells which is the first thing I noticed which made me so relieved. Gentlemen at the Front desk was very nice and friendly. Location was great and close to my family. Room was nice and clean and had a comfy bed. Must say I stayed at a more expensive hotel the night before and this hotel was just as good. I will definitely be staying here instead moving forward. Highly recommend!!!

I gave 5 stars because we've been bouncing from motel to motel. I've seen a good bit. And this motel by far has been the cleanest. The housekeeping gentleman is so nice and ALWAYS helpful and respectful. The ppl in the front is nice also. . . But I was more than happy to be able to come back here after spending weeks away even though the ppl at the other motels were nice it wasn't near as clean as this one. And the housekeeping help wasn't near as nice as Red Roofs gentleman.

I have stayed at Red Roof Inn locations in the past, and unfortunately, those experiences were not pleasant for a number of reasons. However, before booking at this location, I read the most recent reviews, which were honest and overwhelmingly positive. That gave me confidence to give Red Roof Inn another chance—and I’m glad I did. The online reservation process was simple and easy to use. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by a young lady at the front desk whose professionalism stood out. She consistently reminded me that this property is a smoke-free location, which I found very reassuring. It’s clear the staff takes this policy seriously, and as someone who values a clean, smoke-free environment, I appreciated their diligence. The check-in process was smooth, and the emphasis on maintaining a non-smoking atmosphere made me feel comfortable right away. It’s evident that the staff is committed to ensuring guests enjoy a pleasant stay without disruptions. The only suggestion I would make for improvement is to provide coffee machines and complimentary coffee packs in the rooms. That small addition would make the stay even better. Overall, I can wholeheartedly agree with the positive feedback I read before booking. Thank you to the staff at this location for not only making my stay enjoyable but also changing my perception of Red Roof Inn as a brand. This property truly sets a higher standard.

Remember, this not a premium hotel, it is an Inn. The Location is good - surrounded by Gas stations and convient stores. The room was comfy and staff are nice. My only complaint would be not enough toilet paper and bathroom soap. We had to ask staff for refills when we ran out of toilet paper or soap. Other than that, not too bad for the price.

The woman at the front desk was very sweet, and the maintenance guy that came to fix the TV was nice as well. Only criticism i have is the towels are clean but still had stains inwould deff cinsider using bleach on then to get thise tough stains out

We stayed for 5 nights. Room was very clean, ppl were very helpful, and house keeping did a great job. Always replaced our towels, took our trash out, and cleaned our floors. Only issue we had was with the key card. We had a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay over Thanksgiving. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful the entire time. Our room was very clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked well with no issues, which was a nice bonus. Overall, everything was smooth and we had no complaints. Would definitely stay again
